Some background information about me.

Married for over 30 years same wonderful woman and have 2 grown children both college graduates. I am a disabled veteran served in the Marine Corps with an honorable discharge. I paid my on way through college working in the dairies milking cows. Earned a college degree in Forestry and worked in this industry for 25 years. Canal Wood Corporation hired me out of college to open an office Hartsville, S.C. This went so well Canal promoted me to a new position. I was given the responsibility to open new production areas for the company. My job was to move into a new area establish an office develop it so another employee could move in and take over.

I left Canal to move to Arkansas so I could open my own timber company and be closer to family. For 12 years it was a very successful company, but I really got tired of deforesting the country so I opened a health food store in 1999. The internet was a baby then ,really still is, but I saw the value of selling to the world. I bought a domain and with the help of a very talented person began learning how to code. Back then there was really only one PPC company (pay per click) Overture. I was buying traffic for the new supplements site, working the health food store, and my wife was doing the shipping from our home. One day my wife called me up and asked me how much I was spending on the PPC. I told her were were breaking even, but we were building business. Her reply was she was quitting if I didn't figure a way to get the traffic for free. This was the beginning of my career in SEO. For the last 12 years I have been learning, studying, testing, and working in SEO. I have been employed with Vertical Alliance Group for the last 7 years as head of their SEO department. We have been through the Google Dance years, Florida Update, Big Daddy, Caffeine, and now Instant. I can tell you this not one of the sites I work with have been hit with any of Google's updates. Will I say it won't ever happen no, but I will tell you this all my work is White Hat SEO, and I will do my very best to improve your organic rankings in Google and Bing.
